Swapped from a magnesium float to a resin float for my last driveway pour in Toledo

The resin float left a way smoother finish with half the effort and no sticking even on a hot day, has anyone else made that switch and noticed the same difference?

The resin float is a total game changer, I switched last year and the finish was way better too.

Man, I gotta disagree a little. Tried the resin float last season and it felt like I was fighting it the whole time... kept leaving these weird hazy streaks that I never got with my old magnesium trowel. Had to sand way more than usual to fix it. Maybe it's just my technique or the humidity in my garage, but I switched back after three slabs. The finish on those three was definitely not better in my case.
