A chat with my neighbor about the moon landing made me pause

We were grilling last Friday and he said, 'You ever notice how the flag seems to wave in photos but there's no air up there?' I'd heard that before, but he explained it was the pole vibrating after they planted it. He showed me a NASA page on his phone right there. It wasn't the wild claim that got me, it was how a simple fact could clear up a big story. What's a common 'proof' you've heard that actually has a simple answer?

Ever see those photos where shadows look wrong and people say it proves a studio? It's just wide angle lens stuff and rough ground.

Hold up, @tyler_hall9, you're skipping the real issue. Some of those shadow angles are just plain weird, not just from the ground. It makes you wonder what light source they were really using.

Notice this happens with all kinds of photos now, not just the big claims. Makes you question what you see every day.
