Three weeks ago I literally dropped my entire notebook on the floor right before reading, so I feel you so hard lol. Best thing I learned is to just number your main beats on a single index card and keep it in your pocket, made my life way easier since I don't have to shuffle papers.

Happens to the best of us, outlines are just suggestions anyway until you actually say the words out loud. It's funny how stuff that looks perfect on paper can totally fall apart in real life.
