My password manager exposed my bad habits in one report

I ran the security audit feature in Bitwarden last Tuesday and it flagged 47 reused passwords across my accounts. Figured I was careful after that LinkedIn breach in 2012, but turns out I've been cycling the same 3 passwords for a decade. Has anyone else gotten slapped in the face by their own password report, or am I just the sloppiest guy in this thread?

Damn, that report hits different when you see it all laid out. I did the same thing and just spent one weekend changing everything while watching TV, now I only cry once a year instead of every week.
