TIL most people still use "password123" for their work accounts
I work IT at a small office in Halifax with about 40 people. Last month I ran a weak password audit after a phishing scare. Turns out 12 of them had passwords that could be cracked in under 2 seconds. One guy used his dog's name from 2004. I get that remembering 15 different logins is annoying, but a password manager takes 10 minutes to set up. Has anyone else run a quick check on their coworkers and been surprised at how bad it gets?

Dog's name from 2004 is honestly impressive. Must have been a good boy.

Nah hannahh53, I gotta push back - that username is more cringe than nostalgic lol.
