Ever get that weird tingling in your fingers? That was my first sign, should have listened to it and taken way more short breaks.

Six months of that tingling and I still kept typing through it. Now my whole hand goes numb if I game for more than an hour. Should have taken that warning way more seriously.

Honestly gotta disagree on this one. Some of us just have different body types or genetics. Been doing digital art marathons for years with zero issues, no special breaks or anything. Maybe it's more about your setup and posture than taking breaks all the time. My wrist has never felt better, even after long sessions. Just sounds like a personal problem not a universal rule.
