Went from floppy foam to solid plate armor after watching my own footage from Dragon Con
I compared photos from March to last weekend and the difference is wild, mostly because I started using 2mm craft foam layered with contact cement instead of one thick sheet, so my pauldrons actually hold shape now instead of sagging like wet cardboard, has anyone else had that moment where seeing yourself in motion changes how you build?

Honestly "sagging like wet cardboard" hits hard, I saw a YouTube build where craft foam layers fixed that exact issue.
