Just had a major outage at our Chicago office because of a DNS misconfiguration
Our main ISP went down for 3 hours last Thursday after I accidentally pushed a bad DNS record to our secondary provider, and it took forever to figure out why traffic was getting blackholed. Has anyone else dealt with multi-homing issues when one provider's DNS starts fighting with the other?

Oh yeah, I once had two ISPs routing traffic in a loop for six hours before anyone noticed.
