Warning: I heard a client say she got a 'chemical peel' from a friend's house
I was at the grocery store yesterday and overheard a woman telling her friend she got a 'professional grade' chemical peel done in her friend's kitchen for half the price. She said her face was red for a week and it burned. This is the third time I've heard something like this in the past two months. It made me think we need to be even clearer about the risks of at home treatments with strong products. How do you guys talk to clients about this without sounding like you're just trying to scare them into booking with you?
