Bought a $200 post hole digger attachment that snapped on the third hole

Thought I was saving time with a fancy auger bit for my tractor. Turns out the rocky soil near my barn in Jefferson County just laughed at it. Anyone else had bad luck with those cheap auger attachments?

Wait, have you SEEN my attempt at manual digging? I swear I hit a rock with the first swing and ended up launching the handle straight at my own shin. It's like my body forgets basic physics the moment I pick up a tool. Honestly, I admire people who can just "elbow grease" their way through anything - my elbow grease always ends up mixed with a lot of dramatic groaning and a trip to the ice pack drawer. Manual labor and I have a VERY messy relationship.
