Yeah, "bad string day" is a perfect way to put it. Some days everything just feels off and nothing connects. Hope tomorrow's better for you.

Oh man, that totally reminds me of this one time I was trying to learn a cover of a really fast song and my fingers just would NOT cooperate! It was like they were allergic to the fretboard or something, haha. I spent like an hour just playing the same three notes over and over and getting nowhere. Sometimes you just gotta step away and come back later, y'know. Hope your strings get their act together tomorrow too!
