TIL I've set exactly 1,000 posts in the ground
I was updating my job log and the total just hit that round number. It's wild to think about all those holes, from that brutal rocky job in Sedona to the easy sandy ones. Anyone else have a personal count that snuck up on them?

That "brutal rocky job in Sedona" sounds rough, what tool finally got through it?

What if the tool wasn't the problem at all? Maybe the whole approach to that Sedona rock was wrong from the start. Sometimes you just need a different crew, not a different hammer. I've seen guys burn up three machines on the same spot because they refused to step back and think. Could have been a simple fix with a little patience.
