Why does nobody talk about cork underlayment for click-lock LVP

I did two identical 500 square foot commercial jobs in Phoenix last month, one with foam and one with cork, and the cork floor stayed dead quiet with no telegraphing while the foam one already has visible joint peaking.

Foam is way cheaper and in dry climates like that the joint peaking is mostly from poor subfloor prep anyway.

Ha, guess I'm the dummy who went with foam on my last install and now my floors sound like a bag of potato chips!
