Had a big wedding order ask for all white, but the bride wanted 'not boring'

The choice was between using all different white flowers (like gardenias, lilies, and ranunculus) or adding in some green and cream tones for texture. I went with the second option, mixing in seeded eucalyptus and some pale green hydrangea heads. The final arrangement looked way more interesting (and the bride texted me a photo from the venue saying it was perfect). Anyone have a go-to 'white flower' that always adds that extra something without adding color?

My cousin's wedding had that same "not boring white" panic. Her mom almost had a fit when I suggested adding some of those weird, waxy white anthuriums. They look like something from a sci-fi movie, but honestly, they saved the whole look from being a blob of vanilla pudding. That texture is a total game changer when you can't use color.

Ever try using white lisianthus? The petals have this soft, almost crinkled texture that catches the light. I used them with some white spray roses and the different shapes made the whole thing feel way more alive.
