Rant: People keep telling me to use floral foam for everything
I was at a big wedding show in Austin last month and heard three different vendors tell brides it's the only way to keep arrangements fresh. It matters because that stuff is terrible for the environment and actually dries out stems faster if you don't soak it right. I had a client's centerpiece wilt in three hours because another shop used a half-dry block. How do you handle requests for foam-free designs?

It's the same with a lot of things, people just repeat what they heard once. @jennifersmith has the right idea with showing proof it works. The easy answer gets sold even when it's worse.
