A regular told me my tacos were too wet and messy to eat

This guy who comes by my truck every Friday said, 'Paul, I love the flavor, but I need a napkin for each bite.' He was right. I was overloading the corn tortillas with salsa and crema, making them fall apart. I started putting the wet stuff on the side in little cups, and it's way better. Anyone else get a piece of simple advice that fixed a big problem?

Wait, he was coming back every single Friday for tacos that fell apart in his hands? That's some serious dedication to your cooking right there. The little cup fix is genius, it's like turning a messy meal into a fun DIY project. Honestly, some of the best advice comes from the people who keep showing up even when it's a bit of a disaster.

Best advice comes from the people who keep showing up" is so true. It reminds me of this guy at my old local diner who ordered the same burnt toast every morning for years. The waitress finally asked him why, and he said he liked how they always tried to fix it with extra jam. Sometimes the fix is what makes the thing worth coming back for, you know?
