inPSA: I thought peel and stick backsplash was a cheap trick until I tried it in my own kitchen
A buddy of mine tried those stick-on subway tiles for her kitchen backsplash, swore it would be a disaster, but three years later it looks factory installed. @davis.mia, that contact paper on shelves has me rethinking all this old DIY fear.

inPro tip: check your ETF dividend schedule before you assume you'll get paid monthly
Used to think dividend timing was basically automatic until I missed a payout window myself on a similar fund. That fine print really makes you double-check every schedule now.

inTIL a data center in Phoenix runs hotter than my attic in July
My brother works in IT and he told me their office keeps the thermostat at 78 in summer and the servers are in a separate room that hits 90 sometimes. It's funny how we all just assume things need to be ice cold when the manufacturers probably know better than us.

inMy display calibration file got corrupted mid-project yesterday and I spent 2 hours redoing it before realizing my tablet wasn't even synced
Oh man, I feel you on the "color swatches from scratch" pain. A similar thing happened to me when my monitor profile got fried during a logo revision, and I spent a whole afternoon matching colors by eyeballing it before I realized my pen pressure curve was also reset. Nothing like redoing work you already did to make you question every life choice that led to that moment.

inPro tip: Fix sticky shoulder buttons without taking the whole controller apart
Hold up - I'd actually be pretty careful with this trick. In my experience, that alcohol can seep deeper than you think and mess with the rubber membrane underneath if it pools up. I've seen more than a few controllers end up with mushy buttons after people try the quick alcohol drip method.
