Had to replace a 12-foot curved glass panel in a Miami hotel lobby last month
The old one got cracked by a delivery cart, and the new piece took three of us to carry in. The heat and humidity made the sealant set up way too fast, so we had to work in short bursts. Anyone else had a big install go sideways because of the weather?

Man that sounds brutal. I feel you on the humidity thing, it's the worst when sealant decides to act up. We had a similar mess last summer doing storefront glass in Orlando, stuff was drying in like five minutes flat. Had to keep a spray bottle of water handy just to slow it down a bit. Three guys for a curved panel sounds about right, those are a nightmare to maneuver without flexing them too much. Props for getting it done in Miami heat, that's no joke.

Weather always finds a way to mess with plans.

Nah, I kinda like when it mixes things up. Honestly makes things more fun sometimes.
