Oh my god, that's the perfect summary. They probably spent two months just picking a color for the "Monthly Impressions" chart that no one will ever look at. All you wanted was two numbers in an email, and they built a whole spaceship control panel that needs a login. Classic.

3 months for a simple report" screams process failure. I bet they built some crazy custom dashboard instead of just sending a PDF. Agencies overcomplicate to seem high value. They'll spend weeks on fonts in a deck but miss that you just need last month's ad spend and leads in a plain email.
