My boss swore by cheap bondo and it cost me a whole afternoon
He said 'it's all the same stuff' but that off-brand body filler took forever to kick and left pinholes everywhere. Anyone else deal with a shop pushing bargain materials?

Oh man, that junk is the worst. I had a buddy swear by the cheap stuff from the hardware store and it was like working with wet clay. Took forever to sand and left craters everywhere. The good name brand stuff costs more but you don't waste a whole day fixing it.
