Honestly that quiet celebration sounds like a missed chance. Paying off a loan that big is a huge life win, you should mark it with something you'll remember. Going right back to normal life makes the whole struggle feel kind of pointless. A real reward, even a small trip or a nice dinner out, puts a solid period at the end of that sentence. Letting the moment just fade away seems like a weird way to treat your own hard work.

Bought a stupidly expensive bottle of whiskey I'd been eyeing for years. Celebrated by just sitting on my couch and enjoying the quiet, felt like a huge weight was gone lol.
