The dotted notebook I swore I'd never use

I was dead set against dotted pages for years, thought they were just for art students. Then I tried one for my weekly spread and actually drew a straight line for the first time. Am I the only one who fought the dot grid and lost?

man i feel this so hard. i was the same way, swore by lined paper my whole life. then a buddy left a dotted notebook at my place and i used it for a grocery list just to prove a point. ended up spending an hour doodling a bullet journal spread and now i cant go back. the dots just make everything click without looking like a math problem. like when you draw a line and it actually stays straight for once, its a game changer.

that bit about it "not looking like a math problem" hits different, because lined paper always made my notes feel cluttered and school-ish. do the dots ever drive you nuts when you're trying to write in a straight line though, like too much freedom to keep things aligned?
