Hit 500 reviews on Etsy last week and it felt WEIRD

I hit 500 reviews on Etsy last week and honestly it felt strange to see all those little stars add up. I never thought I'd get that many people actually typing stuff out about my earrings. Did any of you get caught off guard by a review count somewhere?

That milestone number really sneaks up on you, doesn't it? I hit 300 reviews last month on my handmade pottery and I felt the same way - a little weird and almost embarrassed by all those nice words. It's like suddenly you realize real people are out there looking at your stuff and taking the time to say something nice about it. Kinda makes you want to hide under a blanket for a minute, you know? But congrats on those 500, that's a legit achievement even if it feels strange.

Hear me out but I kinda disagree with hiding under a blanket thing. I get the weird feeling part for sure, it's like whoa people actually read this stuff. But I don't think it's something to feel embarrassed about. If someone took the time to write a nice review they probably meant it. I say lean into it a little. Read them out loud to yourself or show your partner if you got one. That pottery stuff is real work and people are telling you it matters to them. That's not awkward that's just proof you're doing something right.
