Unpopular opinion: I paid $40 for a premium review guide and it felt like a total scam.
The advice was just common sense repackaged, but my friend says paying for a structured system is smarter than wasting hours on free, scattered info. Which side are you on?

My gym charges $10 a month for "hydration reminders" on their app. It's literally a push notification that says "drink water".
