inFinally saw the light on disc brake bleed kits...
Yeah that's a rough lesson learned. I mean who hasn't tried to save a buck on brake work and ended up regretting it pretty fast. Brake fluid eats through everything and the smell lingers for days no matter how much you wash. Honestly the proper tools pay for themselves after one messy job.

inSomeone told me my YT gadget reviews were too scripted so I changed it up
Good on you for trying that out, it takes guts to just let it rip like that. That "sounding like a robot" feedback stings but it's honestly helpful in the long run. You probably come across way more relaxed and real now, plus people can tell when you're genuinely hyped about a product. Hope your channel keeps growing from this.

inShowerthought: My brother and I can't agree on the right way to finish a garage floor.
You're not wrong that it sounds like overkill. But the thing is bare concrete is super porous and dusty. If you just roll epoxy on top without grinding, it'll peel up in a year. Seen it happen to a buddy of mine. He skipped the prep and now his floor looks like a map of cracks and bubbles. The acid etch stuff they sell at the store is okay but not as good as mechanical grinding. It opens up the pores way deeper so the epoxy actually locks in. Plus if you've got any old paint or oil stains, grinding is the only way to really get that stuff gone. Shortcuts on the prep just mean redoing the whole thing later.

inWent to an old job site last week and saw my carpet from 12 years ago still holding up
12 years is totally believable if you buy the right stuff... I've pulled up 15 year old commercial carpet at work that still looked almost new in the low traffic spots. @murray.cole probably just got lucky with a good quality carpet with a dense pile and decent stain treatment.

inPro tip: stopped booking rides through the app aggregator and started calling dispatch direct
Called the cab company direct and never looked back, lol.
