Choosing between a gas and induction cooktop for my new pop-up

I went with induction for the pop-up I ran in Portland last month, and the heat control for sauces was a game changer. What's your pick for a mobile kitchen setup?

Gas grills can get scary fast. My neighbor's had a flare-up that singed his eyebrows off. Makes you double-check everything before you light it.
