Warning: my first Python loop tried to print my name 10,000 times

I was following a basic tutorial last week and wrote a simple 'for' loop to print my name 10 times, but I messed up the range and typed 10000 by accident. My terminal just started screaming 'Aaron' over and over for a solid minute before I could hit control-C. Has anyone else had a simple typo cause a total meltdown like that?

Forgot a break condition in a while loop once... my laptop fan sounded like a jet engine for ten minutes.

Oh man, that's a classic. Just to be that guy, a terminal can't actually "scream" your name, it just prints text. But I totally get the panic, watching it fly by feels like it's yelling at you. What tutorial were you following?
