Finally tried a ceramic pour-over dripper after swearing by plastic for years

I was totally a Hario V60 plastic guy because I broke 2 ceramic ones back in 2018. Picked up a ceramic Kalita Wave 185 from a shop in Austin last month just to see what the fuss was about. The flavor clarity on my morning Ethiopian beans is actually noticeably cleaner, even with my same grind setting. Anyone else have a piece of gear they were dead wrong about?
