Serious question: why does everyone push coworking spaces as the only option?
I keep seeing posts about how you have to join a coworking space to be productive, but I've been working from cafes and libraries for 2 years now across 6 different cities. Coworking spaces in places like Chiang Mai cost $150 a month, which is a lot when you're on a tight budget. I find that a decent cafe with good coffee and a quiet corner works better for my focus, and I save that money for actual experiences. Maybe I'm missing something, but has anyone else found that coworking spaces are overrated for solo work?

Did your library allow you to just park there for hours without looking weird?

Double down on the library route. Most have free wifi, quiet zones, and you can print stuff for free, which is a game changer for staying organized without dropping cash on a desk.

I mean it's fine if you're just studying for a week or two but idk, depending on a library for real work every day feels like it'd get old fast. Maybe it's just me but the lack of coffee and wearing headphones for hours isn't that serious either.
