Wasted $90 on a 'self-mixing' mud hopper that clogged solid

It jammed up after the first bucket on a Reno job, and I lost an hour cleaning it out. Anyone have a hopper they actually trust?

My cousin's old-school metal hopper from the 80s has outlived three of my fancy new ones. Some things just don't need an upgrade.
