Pro tip: Swapped my big filing cabinet for a scanner app and saved my back
I used to keep a 4-drawer filing cabinet packed with papers from like 2015. Every time I needed a receipt or an old contract I'd spend 15 minutes digging through folders. Then last month I spent $10 on a scanner app that does OCR and now I just snap everything on my phone. It took me about 3 evenings to scan and shred all that old stuff. Now I find any document in seconds by searching for a keyword. Has anyone else ditched physical files for digital and regretted it or found it way better?
