Found a great way to use up leftover rice from the Chinese place
Last Thursday, I had a big container of white rice from Golden Dragon that was getting dry. Instead of tossing it, I fried it with a couple eggs, some frozen peas, and a splash of soy sauce. It made a full meal for two people for basically no extra cost. What do you guys do with leftover takeout rice?

Leftover takeout rice" is a bit of a myth in my house. It never lasts long enough to be a problem. Isn't it just the best part of the meal the next day?

My fridge is a leftover rice graveyard, honestly. I just toss it in a hot pan with a little oil and an egg, makes a solid breakfast in about five minutes.
