Hey, did you check what kind of wall you put it into? I made that mistake once hanging one on just drywall without the right anchors. If it's not in a stud or using proper drywall anchors, the whole thing will just pull right out with the weight.

But what if the wall is actually sturdy enough without all that? I've seen plenty of things hung directly on drywall that never fell down. Sometimes people worry too much about perfect anchors when a simple nail will do.
