I walked into my usual coffee shop in Boise and the layout was totally different, but the owner swore nothing had moved.
I've been going there every Tuesday for two years, and the counter was suddenly three feet to the left. Has anyone else had a place you know well just... shift?

Three feet to the left? That's not a small change, that's huge. I'd be questioning my own memory hard. It's like when you're absolutely sure you left your keys on the counter, but they're on the hook. Except the whole counter moved. That would mess with me for the rest of the day.

Ngl that would totally wreck my brain too. Last month I went to my go-to diner and the booth I always sit in was just gone, like there was a wall where it used to be, and the waitress acted like I was crazy when I asked about it.
