Are your herbs so good they're running a bee B&B now?

My old boss used to say a funny sound was just the appliance's way of asking for help. Turns out it was asking for a new capacitor while I was busy ordering a whole motor. So much for being a good listener, I guess my ears are just big liars. I'm totally with you on breaking out the multimeter first now, because that hum was probably just laughing at me the whole time.

Figured out paint thinner works on rusty garden tools last summer. Made my old shears look almost new. What's the weirdest thing you've cleaned with that stuff?

That concrete pad idea is solid, same logic as my work setup. Hook up a simple hose bib on an outside wall if you can, makes rinsing a one minute job. Hanging gear on the fence or some wall hooks lets everything drip dry without a mess. Saves your floors and cuts down on mildew big time.
