A client's kid asked me if I could make her hair 'look like a unicorn barfed glitter'
I was doing a simple trim for a mom yesterday when her little girl, maybe 5 years old, pointed at my color swatch book. She said she wanted her whole head to look like a unicorn barfed glitter, with all the colors mixed together. I had to explain that we couldn't do that today, but it got me thinking about creative color requests. How do you all handle those wild, impossible ideas from clients, especially kids? Do you have a gentle way to steer them toward something more doable?
