Seconding this recommendation. Traditional buyers will run away from a hoarder house because banks won't finance it easily. A cash buyer is the only way to go here.

Frozen peas and carrots are my go to for fried rice, but I've found the texture of frozen broccoli can get pretty mushy if you're not careful. It's great for soups where it blends in, but for a side dish where you want some bite, fresh broccoli still wins for me. The key is just knowing which frozen veggies work for which type of cooking method. I still buy a mix, but I'm more picky about the bag now.
