Saw a fashion blogger talk about this last week. Basically it means clothes that are so safe and boring they just disappear on you. Like the kind of outfit you forget you're even wearing by lunchtime. Where's the fun in that, you know? Seems like a weird thing to complain about, like wanting your clothes to be uncomfortable.
