inMy dresser rescue with garage paint
Ever toss something out only to need it later? I used to be really picky about paint, only buying new cans for projects. Then I tried using leftover garage paint on an old nightstand, just to see. The color was weird but it came out kinda cool, and now that beat-up table is my favorite piece. Seeing what you did makes me want to check my own garage for another project.

inMy grandma's sourdough starter finally came alive after weeks
My cousin in Oregon keeps her starter on top of the water heater. She claims the steady heat works better than any kitchen spot. I tried it once and ended up with a jar of sour paste instead.

inOur town square might hide a colonial-era well, but digging could ruin it.
Watch how fast a dig can turn into a disaster. Honestly, once the soil layers get mixed, you can't put the story back together. Tbh, I've seen similar stuff where people get excited and skip the careful work. Now that spot is just a hole, and for what? Sometimes the best way to save history is to leave it alone.

inCan we talk about my eyeliner breakthrough?
My art teacher drilled the elbow trick into us back in high school. I'm shocked you only just found out about it. How did you handle soft brushes before without that stability? That round sable brush would be impossible for me without anchoring my arm. Once your elbow is set, the brush just does what you want. It's crazy how such a basic tip changes everything.
