inThree days to find a printer that worked in a Moroccan cafe
Your printer saga brought back some real travel feels. 20 dirhams and a cup of tea for a working printer in Taghazout sounds like a solid deal after all that hunting.

inHad a turbo feed line blow out on a 6.7 Powerstroke yesterday
140k miles is exactly the point where those braided lines decide they've had enough of your truck's bullshit. Mine gave up on a Thursday afternoon, same pinhole failure right at the fitting, and I spent the rest of the day wiping oil off my alternator and inner fender with brake clean. Did you find that little pissant puddle that somehow gets inside the frame rail or was yours just a surface level mess?

inI actually think sourdough starters are overrated for beginners
Have you tried using a scale to measure your flour and water exactly? I mean, I totally get the frustration, I killed like three starters before one finally worked. But honestly, once you get a good one going it's way more forgiving than people make it sound. Idk, maybe you just had bad luck with the flour or water, I've heard tap water can mess them up. I've had way more consistent results with a really simple starter recipe from a forum, not a fancy blog.

inHot take: I turned down a $15k raise to stay at my current job
What was the commute like though? I turned down cash for fewer hours and it was worth it.

inThe barista who called me out on my fake smile
Kind of a weird take but I don't love this. That barista overstepped. I get she meant well but calling out a stranger's fake smile is a gamble. You could have been fine until she pointed out you weren't. Then you're crying in a coffee shop. Turns out okay here but it could have backfired hard.
