Just found out a 6-inch schedule 80 pipe can hold over 2,000 PSI before it bursts

Just realized stacking my astronomy photos in DeepSkyStacker works way better than Sequator for faint nebulae

That stubborn 90s Otis door operator in the old bank building went from a 30-minute weekly reset to running smooth for 6 months after I swapped the original logic board for a modern solid-state relay module.

I dropped $80 on a cheap drawing tablet and it was a total waste

My $300 portable monitor was a total waste until I got stuck in a hotel with a broken TV

Showerthought: I used a 3/4 inch crease nail on a draft horse last week and the clinch was way too tight.

Unpopular opinion: I think the old-school rubberized lens hoods from the 80s are actually better for impact protection than modern plastic ones.

Bought a $40 'all weather' phone mount that launched my phone into a puddle the first time it rained.

Spent 3 hours chasing a phantom misfire on a 2014 F-150

omg my buddy mark had the exact same thing happen on his 2015 eco. he swapped everything too, plugs coils MAF sensor, even the fuel injectors. spent like two weekends on it. finally took it to a shop and the guy just put a smoke machine on it and found a hairline crack on the pipe right where it connects to the intercooler. mark got so mad he just wrapped it in electrical tape and jb weld and it held for like a year until he traded the truck in. lol

Can we talk about how my old iPod classic finally gave up the ghost?

SD card swap is genius... makes that old thing way more reliable.

That gadget museum in San Francisco I visited last month had a working Apple I on display

Wait... they had an Apple I just sitting there like that? @jake_dixon I gotta be honest I'd be nervous even breathing near it.

I was dead wrong about coworking spaces in Chiang Mai

I actually spent 3 whole days trying to force my old messy folder system to work before i finally gave up and tried Punspace. @park.wyatt is right, it completely changed my flow. Now i can actually find my drafts without scrolling through 50 random filenames. I used to pride myself on my chaos but honestly it was just me being lazy. Punspace made me realize i was working ten times harder than i needed to. Have you experimented with any of the automations or are you just using the basic features?

Last week I finally gave in and watched The Bear after my buddy kept pushing it for 6 months

Oh man, I'm gonna be the odd one out here. I actually watched it and couldn't get into it (sorry). That fork moment everyone raves about? It felt a little forced to me. Different strokes though - glad you found something you love!
