Man, I used to say jaw length was all feel but that "polite" thing sold me on going shorter for small stock.

I had a Bully Dog GT on my old truck and it was fine, but when I got my newer Powerstroke I went with 5 Star. The difference is huge. The Bully Dog felt like it just added fuel, but 5 Star's tune actually improved drivability and throttle response. Plus their support team is super helpful if you have any questions.
