inI thought sheet pan dinners were just soggy vegetables and bland chicken.
@robertanderson That's the real trick... letting one good thing make everything else better, not just on a sheet pan.

inAppreciation post: My neighbor's garden zucchini changed my summer cooking
Zucchini bread is a total game changer, it freezes so well. I also grate it into meatloaf to keep things moist.

inJust hit 500 covers on a Tuesday night by myself
It's the same reason some people leave all their bills on the kitchen table. That visual pile forces action, while hiding them away lets you ignore it. The pressure works for some folks.

inMy uncle insisted we'd find nothing but old bottles at that farm in Ohio, but we dug up a complete 19th century horse harness instead.
Honestly though, your uncle was still right in a way. You went looking for one specific thing and got something totally different, so the trip was still a bust for your original plan. That harness is cool for the museum, but it's not like you can sell it or use it. Most of the time, digging like that just turns up junk and you really do waste your weekend.

inJust hit 500 tacos sold in a single day at the Portland night market
Running out just means you crushed it way harder than expected.
