Can we talk about how much better my bridal bouquets look since I switched to a different floral tape?

I used that basic green stuff for years, but after trying a 1-inch waterproof tape from a vendor in Portland, my designs hold their shape for the entire wedding day. Has anyone else found a specific tape that actually works?

Rant: The new gallery in Santa Fe had me shaking my head...

Went to that new spot on Canyon Road last weekend, and they had a whole wall of 'art glass' pieces. One vase had a price tag of $1200... but the punty scar was totally unfinished, like they just snapped it off and called it a day. The base was wobbly too, you could see it rock on the shelf. It just felt disrespectful to the craft, you know? How do places like that even decide what to put out?

Am I the only one who learned more from fixing broken code than from clean examples?

Most people tell beginners to copy perfect code samples to learn, but I messed up my first website and had to debug it. Spending an hour finding a missing bracket taught me how browsers read HTML better than any book. That tiny fix made me feel like I actually understood something for once. It's a small win, but it changed how I approach learning now.

My local scrap yard shut down without warning.

I was in the middle of a big gate project and now I'm stuck. Have to find a new source fast, and prices are way up.

Our metal supplier's delivery truck got lost and showed up with a pizza instead.

The driver thought our foundry was a restaurant because of the heat.
