inPro tip: A chat with my buddy at the studio changed how I handle my punty
Man, isn't it crazy how your body just does stuff without you knowing? I used to get a sore shoulder after every session and couldn't figure out why. Turns out I was hunching my whole back up to my ears the whole time I was at the bench. A teacher pointed it out once and I felt so dumb, but just dropping my shoulders down made everything hurt less. It's wild what you don't notice until someone says it.

inMy neighbor in Denver told me to use a wet rag when sanding drywall
Yeah that trick is a total game changer for full rooms too. I keep a bucket of water and a few rags nearby and just swap them out as they get loaded up. It cuts cleanup time in half, no lie.

inShowerthought: I bought a fitness tracker three years ago and still check it every morning
My buddy Mark got a Fitbit for his birthday last year... just to see his step count. Now he gets genuinely upset if he leaves the house without it, like he left his wallet behind. He says it feels like the data isn't real if the device isn't on his wrist, which is kind of wild when you think about it. The thing he bought to track his life ended up making a new rule for his life. He laughs about it, but you can tell it bugs him a little.

inLooking back at my research on the Denver Airport murals
Robin_jones is right about the internet making a big deal from nothing. It happens with everything now, not just conspiracies. You see a crazy story about a neighbor or a local business, then learn the real facts and it's totally normal. The online version always gets twisted for clicks. Reality just can't compete with a good story.

inMy professor told me to stop using the 'smudge' tool for blending, and honestly, it fixed my whole workflow
Honestly, the smudge tool works fine for me.
