inRealized after 8 months I was using the wrong size notebook for my BuJo setup
Oh man, same here - I was forcing myself to use a pocket notebook for months because I liked how it looked, but my handwriting kept getting smaller and smaller. Finally switched to a bigger size and felt like an idiot for not doing it sooner, right?

inMy shower head had low pressure for 6 months until I tried a vinegar soak
Hold on a second. I mean, yeah, vinegar works but is it really that big of a deal? I just change heads maybe every two years when the pressure bugs me. They're, what, like fifteen bucks at the hardware store. I guess if you're dead set on saving every penny or you have some expensive fancy rain shower thing, a vinegar soak makes sense. But for me, it takes me longer to unscrew the head and dig out a baggie than it does to just grab a new one off the shelf. It's fine, do what you want, but I don't think you're some genius for cleaning a shower head with kitchen stuff.

inA customer in Austin made me rethink my endbands
Love that a client actually made you level up your work like that.

inBlew $200 on a load cell I didn't even need
Been there man. After chasing my tail for two days on a similar issue I finally just started wiggling wires and found a corroded connector. Now I always check the simple stuff first before buying parts, saves me a headache and my wallet.

inBought into a 'can't lose' crypto coin my cousin told me about in 2021.
Flip it around and ask yourself why you trusted your cousin without checking the basics first. Family giving bad financial advice is still bad advice, and at the end of the day you're the one who hit send on that transfer. Taking a loss like that is a hard teacher, but it usually only happens once before you start questioning everything people tell you about money.
